FSM6 : Frequently Asked Questions

In order to make changes to your registration, please refer to your confirmation email, which contains a link to access your individual record, and your confirmation number.   • Discounts are available only to FSMA members. This includes a 10% discount on your FSM6 conference registration.
  • At this time, discounts are available only to FSMA members. 
  • There are no discounts for groups.

There is a chat feature in the lower right corner of your browser window that will be available at all times.  If you experience difficulties logging into the virtual event platform this chat feature will direct you to the someone on the registration team that can assist you.  If you experience technical issues while navigating the virtual event platform the chat feature can assist you in troubleshooting your problem.

  • Attendees may pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), wire transfer, or PayPal.
  • Instructions are located on the Payments page of your registration record and also in your registration confirmation email letter.

Please refer to section 5 of our Terms and Conditions below:

5.1. Substitutions: If Participant is unable to attend the Event themselves, Participant is entitled to have a substitute participate in the Event. The Participant must inform FSMA of the substitution within a reasonable period of time, prior to the Event and in writing via [email protected].  This substitution is only valid once the Participant receives email confirmation from FSMA recognising the substitution. If the Participant has received a discount on the participation fee and this discount does not apply to the substitute participant, FSMA is entitled to charge these additional costs to you. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the substitute participant’s compliance with these Terms and its knowledge of these Terms.

5.2. Cancellation fees:  FSMA applies the following cancellation fees:

  1. Cancellations received within 14 days after completion of the registration form are free unless the Event has already taken place.
  2. Cancellations received on or before 17 May 2021 are subject to a cancellation fee of €50.
  3. Cancellations received on or after 18 May 2021 are non-refundable.

5.3. Cancellation requests must be submitted to FSMA in writing and are valid upon email confirmation from FSMA recognising the cancellation.              Non-appearance at the Event without prior cancellation is considered equal to cancellation on the day of the Event.

5.4. FSMA strives to refund the Participant the amount as soon as possible and within 14 business days.

The link (button) to the log-in page for the FSM6 virtual event platform will be in several locations on the FSM6.org webpage (Home, Menu Bar, Event Page). A direct link to the event platform log-in page will also be emailed directly to attendees.

Access to recorded sessions:  All registered attendees will have continued access to all FSM6 recorded sessions on the virtual event platform for a year.  Following this date, recorded conference sessions will be made available to the public. FSMA Members will receive conference sessions 6 months after the conference.

  • Please contact the Exhibition Manager, Andy Murfitt (insert link to email), to discuss the available package options. Instructions for registering as an Exhibitor and paying for your booth will be provided after you have confirmed your selection with Andy.
I need to make changes to my registration record or registration type. How can I do this?

What forms of payment are accepted for the conference?
  • Attendees may pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), wire transfer, or PayPal.

I need assistance with payments, group registration, or invoicing.
What is the cancellation policy? Can I substitute my registration with someone else, if I can no longer attend?
  • We understand that there are uncertainties due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and therefore will be offering a generous and flexible refund policy. Please refer to the FSM6 Terms & Conditions Section 5 (INSERT LINK/brief overview ) for details regarding cancellations, substitutions, and refunds.  
  • Cancellations, refunds, and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
How do I become an FSMA member?
  • FSMA members will receive several privileges and benefits, including a 15% Earlybird discount on conference registration. How do I access the Virtual Conference, and will I have access to the recorded sessions after the event?
