Registration Terms and Conditions
Refunds will not be considered once registration and payment has been completed and paid. However, substitutions will be accepted and must be confirmed in writing to : [email protected]
Cancellations received within 14 days after completion of the registration form are free unless the Event has already taken place. Cancellations received on or after 18 May 2021 are non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be submitted to FSMA in writing, with receipt of the same confirmed to you in writing to [email protected], by FSMA, to be recognized. Non-appearance at the Event without prior cancellation is considered equal to cancellation on the day of the Event. FSMA strives to refund the Participant the amount as soon as possible and within 14 business days.
The payment gateway on the registration form allows for payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Invoices will be provided upon request.
